Senior Capital Projects Manager – Commercial Build-Outs

Own the delivery of complex commercial building initiatives from the first planning conversation to project close.

Role snapshot

• Lead projects end-to-end: planning and development, groundbreaking, construction, and completion.
• Provide senior-level oversight across multiple concurrent efforts with many interdependent workstreams.
• Coordinate stakeholders—internal teams, owners, designers, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers—ensuring alignment and timely decisions.
• Direct jobsite activities 2–3 days per week to manage personnel, monitor safety and quality, and verify progress.

Key responsibilities

• Translate concepts into executable plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Maintain momentum across scope, cost, schedule, and risk while adapting to change.
• Drive communication cadences and issue resolution among diverse stakeholders.

Reporting structure

Reports To: President of GMCA, Inc. or Operations Manager, or Senior Project Manager

Travel expectations

Regular travel to jobsites 2–3 days per week for field leadership and progress reviews.
