The Senior Campaign Portfolio Manager is responsible for driving the campaign portfolio strategy, investment governance, prioritization, and campaign planning rhythms across the Creative & Production organization. This role serves as the integration layer connecting campaign strategy, creative development, production, operations, agency management, budgeting, measurement, and leadership decision-making.
The Senior Campaign Portfolio Manager helps transform the organization from managing individual projects and requests to managing a portfolio of strategic campaign investments. By creating visibility across initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, optimizing resource allocation, and driving portfolio prioritization, this role ensures the organization is investing in the highest-impact opportunities aligned to business objectives. This directly supports the broader vision of evolving from a function-led organization to a portfolio-led operating model focused on business outcomes, investment stewardship, and organizational effectiveness.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
