ANDERSEN is seeking a highly analytical Senior Supply Chain Finance Business Analyst to support Price Database Maintenance, Inventory Management, Reporting, and Process Automation initiatives. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Operations teams to develop data-driven solutions, automate reporting, and generate actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize pricing databases and inventory reporting systems.
• Develop and manage KPI dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
• Build automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and database tools.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developers.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support business decisions.
• Manage multiple projects while driving process improvement and operational efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, business analysis, or data analytics.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with process automation and reporting solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools.

1. 5+ years: Advanced Power BI, Tableau, and Excel reporting/dashboard development.
