We are seeking a Competitive Intelligence Analyst who will Support the company-wide win loss program’s operational needs and per quarter read-out content needs, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, Create, update, and maintain compete collateral, including battlecards, product comparisons, sales playbooks, and customer-facing content. Work cross-departmentally with multiple teams to help develop self-service educational content through meetings and content audits.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in marketing cloud / B2B SaaS solutions, with previous experience in a competitive intelligence role
- Win Loss program experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing market trends, competitive products, messaging, and tactics to provide actionable recommendations
- Proven experience developing customer-facing marketing and/or sales collateral
- Strong sense of ownership for tasks and pride in completed work
- Curious and questioning mind willing to dive into research
- Ability to uncover competitive weaknesses and opportunities
- Creative thinking skills
- Ability to piece together disparate data/research to form a full picture
Pay Range: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
