Our Billing & Collections team partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Controllership, and Business Systems teams to support operational excellence across the organization. Through reporting, analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, the team helps drive informed business decisions that improve billing performance, collections effectiveness, and financial outcomes. We are seeking a highly analytical professional who can leverage data to identify opportunities, enhance reporting capabilities, and support strategic initiatives across the business.

Your Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Billing & Collections, using data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze operational and financial performance, and collaborate with stakeholders across Billing, Collections, Finance Systems, Controllership, and FP&A. This role combines analytics, reporting, project management, and business process improvement to help optimize financial operations and organizational performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting tools that provide visibility into operational and financial performance.
• Analyze billing, collections, and accounts receivable trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports that support strategic planning and leadership decision-making.
• Translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Serve as the primary owner of Billing & Collections reporting solutions and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities, improve metric visibility, and deliver meaningful data visualizations.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects involving Billing, Collections, Finance Systems, Controllership, and other business partners.
• Gather business requirements and support the implementation of system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting effectiveness, and overall business performance.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial operations, reporting, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with billing, collections, accounts receivable, finance, accounting, or related business functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
