Sales Data Analyst

The position works closely with sales representatives, sales managers, and leadership to coordinate business activities, communicate priorities, provide reporting and data insights, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of administrative and sales-related tasks. Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information requests, identifying trends, and developing solutions to improve departmental efficiency, sales performance, and overall business effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Under general direction, provides general administrative and operational support to a department or group of sales professionals and managers. Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information requests, identifying trends, and developing solutions to improve departmental efficiency, sales performance, and overall business effectiveness.
• The position works closely with sales representatives, sales managers, and leadership to coordinate business activities, communicate priorities, provide reporting and data insights, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of administrative and sales-related tasks. Serves as a key point of contact for representatives and managers and facilitates communication between sales teams and internal departments.
• The position supports sales operations and event planning, including coordinating sales meetings, training sessions, team events, customer-facing events, recognition programs, and other departmental activities. Responsibilities may include coordinating logistics, communications, schedules, materials, attendee information, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Power BI and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of sales terminology, processes, and performance metrics, including sales targets, quotas, forecasts, pipeline activity, case volume, revenue, growth, attainment, and other key performance indicators.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills are required
