Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 4 month contract opportunity.

The Senior Business Analyst will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Regulatory Change Management (RCM) connectivity initiatives across integrated systems. This role is responsible for authoring test scripts, coordinating testing, and partnering with Business, Technology, and RCM Operations teams. The ideal candidate will also manage Compliance data, including cleansing, analyzing, and reconciling data to improve consistency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Design and author detailed UAT test cases and test scripts based on business and functional requirements
• Ensure end-to-end traceability by mapping business requirements to UAT test scenarios
• Prepare training materials and conduct targeted sessions with stakeholders
• Manage and track UAT execution progress, ensuring milestones are met
• Maintain UAT test artifacts, execution logs, and sign-offs
• Prepare and deliver daily and weekly UAT status updates to senior management
• Coordinate with IT, business stakeholders, and RCM Operations to triage, review, prioritize, and resolve UAT defects
• Assist compliance operations with gathering, structuring, and analyzing relevant data from various sources
• Leverage data analysis techniques to analyze large amounts of data to identify issues as part of testing

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Deep domain expertise in banking, risk and compliance systems, and complex system integrations
• Understanding of large and complex financial institutions and their functions, including Risk Management, Compliance, Legal and Operations
• Experience leading UAT activities, including test script authoring, execution management, and defect triage
• Proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex datasets

Pay range up to: $48.18 per hour
