Business Analyst/Staff Analyst (Environmental investigations / Lead inspections)

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Business Analyst / Staff Analyst in Long Island City, NY.

Description:
Manage, monitor, revise and review vendors XRF lead report for HPD submissions; assist with Maximo data entry, verify invoices from various vendors; Review multiple development directories in Teams for incoming reports; Download WO folders and XRF datasheet files; QA files for basic processing requirements; etc.

Duties:
• XRF Lead report submissions/ QA tasks when needed
• Visual assessment invoices and backlogged WOs
• XRF Closed WOs due to moveout
• Check the WO in Maximo to see status of reports.

• Environmental investigations or knowledge of lead inspections is useful.
