Senior Business Analyst

This role partners closely with business stakeholders, project managers, Salesforce administrators, architects, and development teams to analyze business needs, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized professional with strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills who can effectively bridge business and technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The Executive Office of Education is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support critical enterprise Salesforce initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, project managers, Salesforce administrators, architects, and development teams to analyze business needs, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized professional with strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills who can effectively bridge business and technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Works with most phases of systems analysis while considering the business and technical implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments.

Duties include: create process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to business users

Formulate and define systems scope and objectives

Develop and modify moderately complex information

Facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions

Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and devise technical solutions
Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
