Job TitleEmployee Benefits AdministratorJob DescriptionSupport the day-to-day administration of U.S. health & welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other employee benefits. Serve as a subject matter resource for employees and HR partners, helping resolve complex benefits questions, eligibility issues, and escalations. Partner with benefit carriers, administrators, brokers, and other vendors to resolve issues and ensure programs operate effectively. Support annual open enrollment, including planning, testing, employee communications, system updates, and post-enrollment activities. Review benefits eligibility, enrollment, and employee data to identify and resolve discrepancies. Partner closely with HRIS and Payroll to ensure benefit elections and deductions are processed accurately. Assist with vendor invoice reviews, reconciliations, and resolution of billing discrepancies. Support benefits reporting, audits, plan documentation, and ongoing compliance activities. Help ensure programs remain compliant with applicable requirements, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and Form 5500. Analyze benefits data and trends to identify issues and opportunities to improve processes and the overall employee experience. Strong hands-on experience with U.S. health & welfare benefit programs. Experience supporting medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and related benefit plans. Knowledge of benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA. Experience working directly with benefits vendors, carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators. Strong Excel and analytical skills with experience reviewing benefits and employee data. Experience with HRIS, benefits administration, and payroll systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage employee and stakeholder escalations. Experience supporting open enrollment and benefits-related projects in a large organization is highly preferred.What's on OfferYou'll gain exposure to a large-scale benefits environment while working alongside an established HR and Benefits organization.
