Requirements

Providing counsel on legal matters across diverse practice areas, including contracts, employment law, real estate, litigation, and more. Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, pleadings, and policy memoranda. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs.
