Requirements for the Role
Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
Proven track record handling cases through litigation and resolution
Strong deposition, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Experience managing complex and high-value cases
Ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff
Highly organized with strong strategic and analytical thinking skills

Responsibilities for the Role
