Location: Must be willing and able to be based in Modesto, CA (Requires 3 days/week onsite) OR Dallas, TX (Requires 5 days/week onsite)

A Taste of What Youll Do

As a Senior Associate Brand Manager for LaMarca brand at GALLO, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing brand strategies that drive business growth, strengthen consumer connections, and support long-term success. Youll partner cross-functionally to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives, evaluate market opportunities, and help deliver exceptional brand experiences across multiple channels. Working closely with brand leaders and subject matter experts, youll contribute to strategic planning, business reviews, and executional excellence while helping ensure brand plans align with company objectives and financial goals.

In this role, youll leverage consumer, customer, and channel insights to identify opportunities, optimize brand performance, and support innovative marketing initiatives. Youll analyze data, monitor trends, manage budgets, and connect brand storytelling to meaningful consumer experiences. Your ability to collaborate across teams, influence key stakeholders, and balance strategic thinking with strong execution will help deliver successful go-to-market programs and measurable business results.

What Youll Need

• Masters degree plus 2 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelors degree plus 4 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelors plus 3 years of Gallo sales, marketing, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Required to travel up to 50% of the time to designated business locations and to support in-market expectations in order to effectively perform essential job responsibilities.
• Strong analytical & financial acumen.
• Skilled in project management.
• Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How Youll Stand Out

• Masters degree plus 4 years of brand marketing experience; OR Bachelors degree plus 7 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelors plus 6 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Brand management experience.
• IRI Circana experience.
• Experience managing multiple external agencies.
• CPG, Pharmaceutical, or Alcohol beverage industry experience.

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
