Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of strong experience with Apache Airflow, SQL, and Snowflake — top priority.
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar data-heavy roles.
- Advanced SQL skills including complex transformations, optimization, and data quality checks.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and orchestration.
- Strong Python skills for automation and data pipelines.
- Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and modern data warehouse/lakehouse environments.
- Experience in AML/BSA, transaction monitoring, fraud, KYC/EDD, sanctions, or investigations is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, ownership, and ability to work across teams in a regulated environment.
- Ability to responsibly leverage Generative AI/coding copilots in daily workflows.

- Familiarity with Snowflake/Databricks and modern warehouse/lakehouse patterns.
- Experience with GitHub-based workflows, CI/CD for data, and data observability tools.
- Experience building dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Superset (or equivalent).
- Applied statistics/experimentation, root-cause analysis, or detection performance measurement.
- Interest in crypto, blockchain analytics, or on-chain/off-chain data integration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
