Senior Analyst, Investment Operations

Salary: $120K–$160K + Bonus
Location: Boston, MA | Hybrid

Senior Analyst Key Responsibilities:

Support trade execution, settlement, cash and position reconciliations, and administrator oversight
Manage treasury and liquidity activities including FX, credit facilities, and funding obligations
Partner with prime brokers, custodians, administrators, and other counterparties
Prepare NAV, valuation, compliance, risk, and portfolio reporting
Support operational workflows across equities, derivatives, alternative investments, and direct trading strategies
Lead process improvements through technology, automation, and AI

Senior Analyst Qualifications:

6–9+ years of investment operations experience
Hedge fund, multi-strategy, or similar investment management experience strongly preferred
Experience with public markets and products such as equities, options, futures, forwards, swaps, and FX
Experience working with prime brokers and custodians and resolving trade breaks
Strong understanding of treasury, liquidity, settlement, and reconciliations
Bachelor's degree required
Strong Excel skills; experience with Eze, Bloomberg, ICE, or DTCC is a plus
