Senior Analyst, Investment Operations


Salary: $120K–$160K + Bonus
Location: Boston, MA | Hybrid

Senior Analyst Key Responsibilities:



  • Support trade execution, settlement, cash and position reconciliations, and administrator oversight

  • Manage treasury and liquidity activities including FX, credit facilities, and funding obligations

  • Partner with prime brokers, custodians, administrators, and other counterparties

  • Prepare NAV, valuation, compliance, risk, and portfolio reporting

  • Support operational workflows across equities, derivatives, alternative investments, and direct trading strategies

  • Lead process improvements through technology, automation, and AI


Senior Analyst Qualifications:



  • 6–9+ years of investment operations experience

  • Hedge fund, multi-strategy, or similar investment management experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with public markets and products such as equities, options, futures, forwards, swaps, and FX

  • Experience working with prime brokers and custodians and resolving trade breaks

  • Strong understanding of treasury, liquidity, settlement, and reconciliations

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Eze, Bloomberg, ICE, or DTCC is a plus
