Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, supporting discussions related to contracts, and licensing matters.
- Assist in the management of research services and AI contracts, with a focus on aligning legal frameworks with broader business objectives.
- Support the preparation, negotiation, and ongoing management of licenses and other commercial agreements, ensuring clarity and responsiveness to client needs.
- Engage directly with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and help translate legal concepts into practical business implications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, business, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
- Assist with internal enforcement and litigation efforts, balancing legal considerations with business priorities.
- Oversee invoice management from outside counsel and vendors, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to corporate, regulatory, litigation, and intellectual property matters, bringing a business-oriented perspective to problem-solving.
- Take ownership of deliverables and proactively drive projects forward with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment by going above and beyond core responsibilities to meet business and client needs.
- Undertake additional duties consistent with the role and evolving business priorities.
