    Job Summary (List Format):

    - Serve as Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master supporting NC DHHS NC FAST organization, focusing on both project and operations & maintenance efforts.
    - Facilitate and support agile ceremonies including daily scrum meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning, monthly releases, quarterly PI planning, and status updates.
    - Plan and implement epics and features to deliver business value across multiple programs, primarily FNS and EPI, within the Aqua portfolio.
    - Track daily assignments, prioritize tasks with business/division stakeholders, and remove impediments for agile teams.
    - Coordinate release planning and collaborate closely with technical leads and teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
    - Measure and analyze agile team metrics, drive continuous improvement, and coach teams toward higher levels of agile maturity.
    - Manage, plan, and deliver solutions for program backlogs; support agile transformation for other programs as needed within the portfolio.
    - Coordinate quarterly PI planning efforts across NC FAST and potentially the broader Aqua portfolio.
    - Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for project tracking, dashboard creation, and reporting.
    - Engage with stakeholders for backlog prioritization, grooming, and understanding of epics/stories/tasks.
    - Support multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
    - Use facilitation, communication, leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to guide technical and non-technical audiences.
    - Conduct risk and business impact analysis, and provide actionable insights through data management and analysis.
    - Must be a Certified Agile Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master, with experience in SAFe and PI planning preferred.
    - May support additional programs as part of broader agile transformation efforts within the organization.
