$65,000–$75,000 + bonus
About the Opportunity
Our client is an established organization with a strong reputation for its workplace culture, employee retention, and internal growth opportunities. They are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, collections, cash application, and deduction resolution.
This position is open due to the retirement of a longtime employee after more than four decades with the organization, offering an opportunity to join a stable, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist
Apply customer payments, process credit card transactions, and reconcile daily cash activity.
Manage collections and resolve deductions, disputes, and short payments.
Review customer credit information, establish credit limits, and monitor past-due accounts.
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate credit and debit adjustments.
Prepare AR reports, customer statements, and cash reconciliations.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
4+ years of hands-on experience within AR.
Experience with cash application, collections, and deduction resolution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
