Our fiscal sponsorship practice is our fastest-growing line of business, and we''re hiring a Senior Accountant to grow with it.

What you''ll do

• Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of fiscally sponsored programs - from journal entries and reconciliations to month-end close
• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements and reporting for internal leadership and the programs we support
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activity with a sharp eye for accuracy
• Track restricted and unrestricted funds and help ensure grant and donor compliance
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and year-end audit preparation
• Spot process improvements and help us build cleaner, faster ways to work as we scale

What you bring

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a fast-growing or high-volume environment
• A bachelor''s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong grasp of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Comfort with accounting software and strong Excel skills
• Sharp attention to detail, strong organization, and the judgment to prioritize when a lot is moving at once
• Clear, honest communication - you share what you see early and often

Not required, but a plus: nonprofit or fund accounting experience, familiarity with fiscal sponsorship, or a CPA. If you''ve got general accounting chops and the drive to grow, we want to hear from you - we''ll teach you the nonprofit side.
