    YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
    • Own the accounting function for both U.S. and Mexico operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
    • Lead the month-end and year-end close process while delivering meaningful financial insights to leadership
    • Partner with operations to improve profitability through cost accounting, manufacturing analysis, and pricing strategies
    YOU HAVE...
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting
    • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
    • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
    • A strategic mindset with the confidence to influence decisions and improve business performance
    • A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to grow with an innovative, fast-paced company
