YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

• Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and operational reporting for management review
• Analyze month-over-month results, budget variances, and provide supporting financial insights
• Play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting that supports company growth and strategic decision-making

YOU HAVE...

• Expertise in general accounting and financial reporting
• 3+ years of accounting experience with exposure to month-end close activities
• Experience preparing financial statements and variance analyses
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

EXTRA CREDIT...

• Background in construction, energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy industries
• Exposure to Oracle or similar ERP systems
• CPA, CPA-track, public accounting, or Big 4 experience
• MBA or advanced accounting/finance education
