Senior Accountant
Location: Mishawaka, IN 46544
Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 + Annual Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

A successful and growing Northern Indiana company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This organization has built a reputation for operational excellence, strong leadership, and investing in employee development.
This role offers the opportunity to move beyond routine accounting responsibilities and become a valued business partner within the organization. You'll work closely with leadership, gain exposure to strategic initiatives, and position yourself for future advancement opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accounting accuracy
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance activities
- Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in process enhancement and system implementation projects
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- CPA or CPA-track candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and analytical skills
