Key Responsibilities Financial Close & Reporting
Lead portions of monthly, quarterly, and annual close
Prepare/review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Analyze and investigate variances
Multi-Entity Accounting
Support multiple entities, including intercompany activity
Ensure consistent accounting treatment
Partner with operations on financial drivers
Controls & Technical Accounting
Maintain GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls
Support audits and resolve control gaps
Leadership & Process Improvement
Mentor junior staff and review work
Drive process improvements and standardization
What You Bring
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
3+ years public accounting or 6+ years industry experience
Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
Multi-entity experience
SAP experience
Advanced Excel
High attention to detail and critical thinking ability
Preferred: CPA, Big 4 background, manufacturing experience, SAP (FICO/MM) Compensation & Benefits
