Senior Staff Accountant

Are you an experienced accountant with a passion for international accounting? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to join a dynamic engineering organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial accounting operations across various countries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and oversee currency conversions.
• Handle financial reporting and facilitate the monthly close process.
• Monitor foreign currency transactions and ensure proper accounting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Coordinate audits and respond to inquiries from auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain an updated understanding of global tax treaties and accounting standards.
• Propose and implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in accounting, with a focus on international operations.
• Proficiency in foreign currency accounting and financial consolidation.
• Understanding of international accounting standards and tax laws.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
