Description

Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (100% On-Site)
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + 10% to 15% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

Lead the monthly close process and ensure accurate financial reporting
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
Manage and mentor a Staff Accountant, supporting professional development
Apply and oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements
Participate in acquisition-related due diligence and integration efforts
Support special projects and strategic finance initiatives as needed

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification
Current Senior Associate experience within a public accounting firm
Big 4 public accounting experience highly preferred
