About Spectro Cloud
Spectro Cloud helps platform teams and cloud providers modernize and manage infrastructure for the AI era without adding more tools or operational complexity.
With PaletteAI, enterprises, public sector organizations, neoclouds and sovereign clouds can build, govern and operate full-stack environments across VMs, Kubernetes, edge, regulated and air-gapped locations, and AI infrastructure. PaletteAI Launchpads help teams start quickly with urgent outcomes such as VMware migration, token cost control or edge modernization, then scale into enterprise-wide lifecycle management, governance and fleet operations on the same platform.

We're hiring a Senior Accountant to own Accounts Payable and payroll as Spectro Cloud continues to scale. You'll drive a heavy AP workload in partnership with people on our accounting team. Own end-to-end AP for the business
Direct day-to-day AP workflow, including T&E, with others on our team
Review coding, approvals, and payment runs; resolve vendor issues cleanly

Run monthly payroll for US and assist with UK, Ireland, and additional countries
Own wage and overtime calculations, deductions, payroll tax filings, and GL recording
Maintain payroll tax accounts and filings; ensure compliance across jurisdictions
Close & Controls

Document and continuously improve AP, T&E, and payroll processes and controls
Support external audit requests and provide ad hoc analysis to the Director of Global Accounting and leadership
Minimum Requirements
5+ years progressive accounting experience, ideally a mix of public audit and in-house experience at a venture-backed SaaS startup
Hands-on experience owning high-volume AP and T&E
Experience working with or overseeing offshore accounting resources (India strongly preferred) - you know how to delegate, review, and hold a distributed team to deadlines
Multi-entity, multi-country global payroll experience; direct experience with Deel or similar global PEO providers and Rippling strongly preferred
Hands-on NetSuite experience
Advanced Excel with large datasets
Self-starter who operates well with minimal supervision in an ambiguous, fast-scaling environment
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable coordinating across time zones and organizational levels
SaaS industry experience required
Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA preferred
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and process-minded
