Salary: $90,000-$95,000 + 5-10% annual bonus

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• 
  

• Lead manufacturing cost accounting, including standard cost updates, cost rolls, and variance analysis

  
  
• 
  

• Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances while monitoring inventory KPIs

  
  
• 
  

• Support month-end close through journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting

  
  
• 
  

• Calculate and manage customer rebate and pricing support programs

  
  
• 
  

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to improve business performance

  
  
• 
  

• Support Microsoft D365 ERP implementation and reporting initiatives

  
  
• 
  

• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous operational efficiencies

  
  
• 
  

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• 
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

  
  
• 
  

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

  
  
• 
  

• Strong cost accounting and standard costing experience

  
  
• 
  

• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas)

  
  
• 
  

• ERP experience; Microsoft D365 and Power BI experience are a plus

  
  
•
