Senior Account Executive

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Senior Account Executive, AMER is a full-cycle, self-sourced outbound hunter owning a dedicated book of US accounts. You'll drive new-logo acquisition and win-back of churned accounts, running the entire cycle from prospecting and qualification through to close, then handing off a live account to Account Management. It's built for someone who's resilient through high rejection volume, sharp on qualification, and comfortable acting as the quarterback of a deal — pulling in the right people and information internally to keep momentum, while telling a compelling story about a product category many prospects don't yet know they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a named book of US accounts, fully responsible for self-generating pipeline across new-logo acquisition and win-back of churned accounts
• Run ~100 outbound activities per week (email, LinkedIn, phone) to secure new business meetings
• Conduct account and contact research and qualification prior to outreach, including understanding prospects' SDK setup and MAU
• Get accounts live, then hand off to Account Management for ongoing management
• Act as the quarterback of each deal — asking the right questions and pulling in internal resources to keep it moving
• Prioritize quality over volume — properly qualify opportunities before outreach rather than padding activity numbers
• Travel ~20% for in-person meetings, conferences, and relationship-building.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, self-sourced outbound sales role, ideally in a market that has historically been won through relationships, RFIs, or agency partnerships and is now shifting toward new-logo-focused outbound
• Existing familiarity with the mobile app industry, so onboarding can focus on our value proposition rather than the market itself
• Baseline technical fluency to walk clients through SDK integration and speak confidently to MAU and campaign mechanics
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts — able to separate real opportunity from noise
• Resilience and persistence through high rejection volume, with the ability to tell a compelling story about a product category many prospects don't yet know they need
• Coachable, curious, tenacious, and driven by success
• Comfortable acting as the quarterback of a deal — pulling in internal teams and information as needed to keep it moving

The OTE range for this role is $190,000- $260,000 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location. We also offer a generous total rewards program - read more about it below
