Areas of Responsibility
Account Leadership
Manage day-to-day client-agency communication by maintaining regular contact, responding promptly to client emails, inquiries and requests for information
Partner with Strategy and the Creative team to develop creative briefs, leveraging a strong understanding of client requests, business and marketing objectives, and project deliverables
Develop a working understanding of the client/agency contract, scope of work and overall communications to effectively support project delivery
Manage fully-integrated marketing campaigns from start through completion
Maintain and update various internal and external reports throughout a project to ensure clients and internal teams stay informed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across all brands
Plan and execute internal and external client meetings
Build relationships with key internal contributors across disciplines
Share information clearly and proactively across agency disciplines to help teams do their best work
Develop a deep understanding of the brand and client expectations to serve as a trusted steward of the brand across all work
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities; formulate and recommend plans to resolve any concerns to Account Director
Lead the development and execution of digital campaigns across web and display channels, serving as the primary liaison between the agency and key client stakeholders
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, helping manage logistics, timelines and communication to ensure seamless execution
Agency Engagement
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment across the agency
Actively participate in internal discussions, team meetings and cross-functional collaboration, not just client-facing work
Look for opportunities to grow presentation skills through internal and client-facing moments
Model and uphold agency values in day-to-day interactions
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably in an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive role
Experience supporting integrated campaign development and execution
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively
Strong attention to detail across all aspects of project execution
Ability to quickly learn and navigate tools, platforms and internal systems
Solid understanding of agency workflows, processes and how work moves from briefing through delivery
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including web, display and performance-driven campaigns
Experience managing website projects and collaborating with UX/design and development teams
