TES is a growing North American staffing and workforce solutions firm supporting clients across the energy, and IT sectors. We're seeking a Senior 360 Recruiter to support and grow established client relationships across the Houston and Gulf Coast energy market.
This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys both account management and business development. You'll inherit existing accounts, expand client partnerships, identify new opportunities, and deliver top technical talent while leveraging the support of an established national staffing organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles within the downstream energy sector.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and job boards.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified technical professionals.
• Manage candidate submissions, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Grow existing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional staffing support.
• Generate new business opportunities within the Houston and Gulf Coast market.
• Provide market intelligence related to talent availability and compensation trends.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and business development activity within ATS and CRM systems.
• Represent TES at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably within downstream oil & gas, refining, pipelines, and/or IT.
• 3+ years of client-facing sales, business development, staffing, or professional services experience.
• Proven success operating a full-desk (360) recruitment model.
• Strong network within the Houston and Gulf Coast energy market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
