Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.
The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
- Administers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers to include construction area safety.
- Enforces Allied Universal's policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos.
- Oversee all Job Related and ongoing training for security officers this includes client-based computer training both initial and annual training. It will also include training on all systems utilized by the client.
- Effectively Communicate anyclient special coverage requests, Security Professional Request Offs & Position Openings to the Operations Manager.
- Addressing employee concerns and disciplinary issues.
- Communicate staffing needs to Operations Manager.
Security Operations:
- Implementing and enforcing specific client security policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular security patrols and inspections of the premises.
- Monitoring security systems like CCTV cameras and access control systems.
- Responding to security alarms and incidents promptly.
Incident Response:
- Investigating security breaches and suspicious activities.
- Documenting incidents and preparing reports to be sent to the Operations Center.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Coordinate and maintainopen communication with clients, AUS management, and SecurityOfficers.
- Main point of contact for client and Operations Manager on all day-to-day operations.
- Briefing staff on security protocols, new procedures and other important information
