Description

Position Summary:

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Security Manager (Entry Control) providing support to the NC3 Contract, specifally within the Operations Divison (NCO) Security Team. 

 

The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. The NC3 Directorate’s mission is to provide support to the Program Acquistion Executive (PAE), the Deputy Director, Deputy AFPAE NC3 and staff for acquisition and administrative control of all NC divisions, branches, and programs. 

 

This is a full time postion located at Hanscom AFB, MA. 

Responsibilities:

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Conduct classification reviews for inbound and outbound correspondence
  • Maintain classified document accountability databases and associated records
  • Process inbound and outbound classified mail, courier packages, and receipt documentation
  • Perform destruction of classified materials in accordance with policy
  • Handle and track magnetic media for accountability
  • Provide reproduction support for classified materials
  • Maintain daily administrative and document‑control logs
  • Assist with inbound and outbound data transfer file processing
  • Transfer electronic data files to internal customers
  • Maintain customer points‑of‑contact databases
  • Research, process, file, and track inbound and outbound visit notices
  • Escort facility visitors and maintain visitor logs
  • Support preparation of access control badges
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections for personnel and materials
  • Assist with access control system maintenance and visitor control functions
  • Perform data entry into Personnel Access Security System databases, maintaining billets and quota information
  • Maintain personnel security files and assist with clearance processing
  • Follow and enforce customer Standard Operating Procedures
  • Support security awareness and education programs
Qualifications:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

 

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with ICD-704 Eligibility

Education: BA/BS degree

Years of Experience: 3 - 7 years of relevant work experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

Years of experience: 7+ years of security experience supporting Air Force Acquistion programs 

 

Technical Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Security Management Principles
  • Familiarity with DoD Acquisition Program Security 
  • Ability and willingness to work across multiple functional areas of Security (Industrial, Physical, PERSEC, INFOSEC, Cyber) 

Interpersonal Skills

  • People first mentality
  • Strong team player mindset 
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees (both Mil & Civ)
