Based in either Reston, VA or Cambridge, MA, this role includes a comprehensive relocation package. Offering a 9/80 work schedule and a hybrid work model, you will oversee government-furnished and contractor-acquired property, as well as company-owned assets. Your responsibilities include managing compliance with federal regulations and company policies, and guiding a team in property management services. You will evaluate government contracts and support operations across all facilities, ensuring contract compliance and efficient property management. Key responsibilities encompass supervising the Property Office, ensuring adherence to lifecycle management processes, and providing strategic leadership to direct reports. In addition to personnel management, collaboration with Supply Chain and Program Offices is essential, as is supporting audits and tackling complex problem-solving with minimal oversight. You'll oversee the integrity of data management systems and facilitate audits and contractor controls. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with certification by the NPMA being a plus. The role requires 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 in a supervisory capacity. Technical fluency with PIEE and IUID Registry is advantageous. You must obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance.
