As a Rawlings Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products including gloves, bats, training equipment, and apparel. This role is responsible for a variety of duties that contribute to creating an engaging and attractive experience for customers. An excellent Sales Associate is energetic, outgoing, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will quickly acquire a thorough knowledge of Rawlings products and confidently share that knowledge with customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
We are excited to bring the Rawlings retail experience to LakePoint Sports, one of the premier youth sports destinations in the country. This seasonal location will support thousands of athletes, families, and teams visiting the facility throughout the summer tournament season. This position is anticipated to run from June 2026 through September 2026.

General retail environment located within a high-traffic youth sports and entertainment venue. Position requires standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise as needed, and interacting with a high volume of customers during tournament and event weekends.
