Sales Representative

Job Summary
Change My Countertops is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are hiring both Inside Sales and Outside Sales professionals to develop new business, build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, cabinet companies, remodelers, designers, and homeowners, and guide customers through the countertop selection and sales process.

The ideal candidate has experience in the cabinet, countertop, remodeling, construction, flooring, or building materials industry. We provide paid training on our products, estimating process, and sales system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a rapidly growing company.

•  Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, cabinet companies, remodelers, designers, and homeowners.
• Meet with customers to understand project requirements and recommend countertop solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using company pricing guidelines.
• Follow up with leads, estimates, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
• .Coordinate with templating, production, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Attend appointments, job site visits, and networking events as needed.
• Stay current on countertop materials, colors, edge profiles, sinks, and fabrication options.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Represent Change My Countertops professionally at all times.
