Job Responsibilities:
To apply customer service knowledge to assisting customers with their purchases and questions,
continuously incorporating positive customer-focused strategies. Handle cash, card, and trade
transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Customer Service requires patience, kindness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with diverse communities and customer needs.
- Professional telephone skills
- Able to efficiently and accurately complete sales transactions.
- Ability to de-escalate situations that may arise in a retail work environment while working with the public.
- Cash Handling and POS knowledge.
- Must maintain a clean, orderly counter area free of clutter, in front, on top, and behind.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible working schedule, including early mornings, evenings, midshifts, and weekends
- Must be able to conduct oneself in a civil, professional, and respectful manner at work.
This is a part-time position (less than 30 hours per week).
