Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
  • Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
  • Strong Project Management experience with expertise in planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
  • Ability to manage project scope, schedule, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies in Agile environments.
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
  • Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
  • Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.
  • Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Roles Responsibilities

  • Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.
  • Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure transparency on project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery status through effective reporting.
  • Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership teams to maintain a healthy product backlog and align delivery with business objectives.
  • Track and communicate team and project performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, delivery milestones, etc.).
  • Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team.
  • Support the organization's Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.
