As a Lead Technical Project Manager in workplace technologies on the workplace team, you will drive the successful planning and delivery of workplace technology projects and projects in our corporate offices and retail branches that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams.
The Lead Technical Project Manager role focuses on technical projects from initiation through implementation and includes planning, funding, analysis, design, scheduling, development, implementation, and project documentation. The Lead Technical Project Manager will drive and assure the delivery of all GTI technology solutions associated with the Workplace Technology Projects. The Lead Technical Project Manager partners with the Line of Business (LOB) key contacts for all projects and routinely engages with support groups within Global Technology, including Finance, Employee Platforms, and Infrastructure Platforms.
The ideal Lead Technical Project Manager will be adept in project management, with a strong background in diverse infrastructure technologies including virtual computing, networks, wireless technology, and multimedia. Proficient in project management tools, well-versed in the financial services industry, and knowledgeable about end-user technologies.
Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization and across workplace services group to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
