Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure migration cycles.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including infrastructure teams, application owners, technical leads, and business teams.
Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and migration timelines.
Remove blockers and facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Ensure migration activities are aligned with project schedules, release plans, and business requirements.
Coordinate migration readiness, execution, validation, and post-migration activities.
Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working as a Scrum Master on infrastructure migration projects.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience planning and coordinating infrastructure migration cycles.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and project timelines.
Experience facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and resolving project impediments.
Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
