Description
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Scrum Master for their Raleigh, NC location.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Drive sprint execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Track Agile metrics and provide transparent status reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to manage backlogs and delivery expectations.
Requirements:
- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 9-11 years of Agile/Scrum delivery experience to lead and support multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.
- This role requires strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, and impediment resolution skills in a fast-paced environment.
- 9-11 years of Agile software delivery experience with significant Scrum Master experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and SDLC practices.
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams and managing competing priorities.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
