Scrum Master

Lead end-to-end testing activities across Web, Mobile, API, Web Services, and Client-Server applications. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering Manual, Automation, and DevOps testing. Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies. Oversee defect management processes using industry-standard tools. Drive quality improvements through test automation initiatives and continuous testing practices. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed user stories, use cases, business process flows, and functional specifications. Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions. Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery. Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements. Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data accuracy, consistency, and governance practices.

Salary Range-$90,000-$110,000 a year
