SCCM Engineer

SCCM Engineer needs 8+ years of experience in SCCM administration and engineering

SCCM Engineer requires:

* Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

* Local to Marlborough, MA; could go into lab 5-6 times a month

* 8+ years of experience in SCCM administration and engineering

* In-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, features, and components (required)

* Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SQL queries (required)

* Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (required)

* Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and Azure (plus)

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

* Certification in SCCM, Microsoft, or ITIL (plus)

SCCM Engineer duties:

* Plan, design, and implement SCCM infrastructure and site systems

* Deploy and update operating systems, applications, and patches using SCCM

* Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and compliance issues

* Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards

* Develop and document SCCM policies, procedures, and best practices

* Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure SCCM integration and compatibility

* Provide technical support and guidance to L2 and L3 teams
