    In this position with SBKI Insurance, you will need sales ability with good communication skills. Additionally, you will service all assigned accounts, solicit new accounts and existing customer base as well as prepare quotes and provide support for Risk Managers.

    Responsibilities

    Cross-sell products and refer to specialist.

    Service all existing accounts, including phone calls and in-office visits.

    Handle in-office quotations and direct sales.

    Prepare quotes for producers.

    Handle all endorsement requests.

    Review and process daily mail.

    Interview and quote new customers.

    Follow up cancellations and late notices.

    Process and complete new and renewal applications.

    Follow up and work accounts receivable.

    Review new products of new and existing companies.

    Maintain and work monthly expiration lists.

    Image and scan all pertinent data.

    Update data on customers electronic file.

    Complies with all applicable federal, state, and local banking and industry related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.

    Performs other duties as assigned.


    Requirements

    High School Diploma or equivalent required. A 24 year college degree or 24 years of relevant experience preferred.

    Prior insurance-related experience in commercial lines account management with a thorough knowledge of commercial insurance products is preferred.

    A Property and Casualty insurance license is prefered.

    Experience with AMS 360 and agency management systems preferred.

    Possess strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent customer service ability.

    Detail oriented with a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    A proficient level of computer competency including Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook); typing and ten-key proficient.

    An elevated level of integrity and confidentiality, with a high standard of professionalism and positive attitude.
