    A high-growth, premium workplace community is seeking a sharp, mature, and hyper-organized Chief of Staff to serve as the direct right hand and primary operational partner to the Founder & CEO. Based on-site in San Francisco, this critical role blends high-level executive support, operational optimization, and strategic project management. This position acts as the central engine of the organization, managing complex communication flows, maintaining rigorous sales pipeline hygiene, optimizing third-party agency performance, and acting as the master "fix-it" leader across all business functions.     Core Responsibilities —

    • Serves as the primary strategic thought partner and operational right hand to the Founder & CEO, driving key initiatives from concept to execution.
    • Manages, evaluates, and optimizes third-party marketing agencies, balancing hands-on execution with strategic optimization.
    • Oversees sales pipeline hygiene and CRM workflows (specifically within Copper/Google ecosystems) to drive revenue precision.
    • Acts as the primary operational problem-solver across all business touch points, stepping in to resolve complex issues swiftly and independently.
    • Drives high-volume daily communications across Slack, email, and administrative channels, ensuring no details fall through the cracks.
    • Manages high-priority correspondence and daily organizational priorities for the CEO.
    • Prepares the business for ongoing multi-unit expansion while absorbing financial and P&L learning directly from executive leadership.


    Operational Involvement —

    The Chief of Staff anchors the executive office and operational rhythm by:

    • Maintaining a constant, highly responsive communication cadence with the CEO to ensure complete alignment.
    • Structuring daily workflows to ensure maximum productivity, bulletproof detail management, and zero communication bottlenecks.
    • Overseeing marketing campaign rollouts, agency deliverables, and customer acquisition metrics.
    • Working closely with local community teams at flagship locations to ensure brand standards and operational procedures are flawlessly executed.
    • Identifying operational inefficiencies across the company and building scalable systems to fix them.



    REQUIREMENTS:


    • Must be based on-site in San Francisco, California and authorized to work in the US.
    • Proven track record as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or Senior Operations Manager within a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
    • Exceptional maturity, emotional intelligence, and composure under pressure, with a no-excuses, solution-oriented mindset.
    • Hyper-organized, Type-A personality with a bulletproof attention to detail and zero tolerance for missed steps.
    • Demonstrated experience managing CRMs (preferably Copper), sales pipelines, and third-party vendor or agency relationships.
    • Comfortable managing high-volume communication (Slack, email, phone) without becoming overwhelmed.
    • Flexibility to adapt to an evolving executive schedule and communication needs as required.
