Description

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA – Onsite, 5 days/week
Employment Type: Full-Time Only
Compensation: $155K/annum, including 15% QPLC

Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong Project/Program Management experience with Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce PM experience preferred; candidates with 2–3 years of Salesforce experience may be considered if they have strong overall PM experience.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects.
  • Automotive Cloud experience is preferred.
  • End-to-end project delivery experience including planning, estimation, resource management, governance, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Experience with testing oversight, release management, quality governance, and production readiness.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams including Client, Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and vendors.
  • Understanding of Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, and DevOps processes.
  • Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, Integration Patterns, and Solution Architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado and Git.
  • Strong client-facing communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
