Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Salesforce Development proficient in Apex Salesforce Integration and Lightning Web Components LWC
Job Description
Design develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components LWC Develop and maintain robust integrations with external systems leveraging REST SOAP Streaming APIs and eventdriven architectures Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices coding standards and governance policies Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and features to continuously enhance solution quality
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications and integrations ensuring high performance and security
Architect and implement API integrations to ensure data consistency and system reliability
Collaborate with business analysts architects and offshore teams to deliver maintainable solutions
Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups and retrospectives
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster skill development
Conduct code reviews unit testing and deployment activities to maintain highquality deliverables
Document technical designs integration workflows and deployment processes for knowledge sharing
