Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce & Health Cloud

Hands-on Agentforce experience, including Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Agent Script, actions, topics, Data 360 grounding, retrievers, and Trust Layer governance. Proven experience designing scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, named credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware.

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce & Health Cloud for their Hartford, CT location.
 
Requirements:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce (legacy support), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, metadata API, and Salesforce DX.
• Hands-on Agentforce experience, including Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Agent Script, actions, topics, Data 360 grounding, retrievers, and Trust Layer governance.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer II, Application Architect and Health Cloud accreditation/certification.
• Proven experience designing scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, named credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years of Salesforce platform development. 
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and multi-environment release management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, sharing/visibility, performance optimization, and governor limits.
• Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and managing delivery across agile sprints.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both executive stakeholders and hands-on delivery teams.
