Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong Salesforce delivery experience to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise managing cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder engagement, and delivering Salesforce-based solutions.

Key Requirements:
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management.
Good knowledge in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Integrations, and Data Migration).
Proven experience handling Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and executive communication skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Good to have:
Experience in Healthcare Supply Chain.
Experience with Contact Center / Customer Service Operations.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Exposure to healthcare industry programs and digital transformation initiatives.
