Experience Required

3 to 5 years of overall IT industry experience.

2 to 3 years of hands-on Salesforce.com development experience.

Strong experience in Salesforce development, administration, configuration, customization, and implementation.

Mandatory Areas / Must-Have Skills

Skill 1 - Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Strong hands-on experience in LWC development.

Experience working on at least 3 Salesforce projects using LWC.

Skill 2 - OmniStudio

Hands-on experience in OmniStudio.

Minimum 2 projects in OmniStudio OR at least 10 months of OmniStudio experience in a project.

Skill 3 - Strong coding experience in: Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL

Skill 4 - Salesforce Lightning & Aura Framework

Experience with Salesforce Lightning.

Working knowledge of Aura Components and Aura Framework.

Skill 5 - Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using: REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, WSDL, SSL Standards, Security Models, API Client, Architecture, Bulk API, Metadata API

Skill 6 - Hands-on Salesforce Admin experience: User Management, Roles & Profiles, Security Setup, Configuration & Customization, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards

Skill 7 - JavaScript & Front-End Technologies

Strong knowledge of: JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, AJAX, XML,jQuery or similar JavaScript frameworks

Skill 8 - Production deployments using: Change Sets

Eclipse IDE

ANT Migration Tool

Experience with:

SQL / PL-SQL

Database Schemas

Stored Procedures

Unit Testing & Test Classes

Domain Experience (Preferred)

Healthcare Payer Domain experience is highly preferred.

Prior experience in Java/J2EE or .NET technologies is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Thorough understanding of Salesforce governor limits and coding best practices.

Experience with Apex Data Loader or ETL tools such as:

Informatica

MuleSoft

Boomi

Cast Iron

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to coordinate with onsite US teams and business stakeholders.

Knowledge Transition (KT) experience from onsite teams preferred
