    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures while establishing Salesforce development, integration, security, and governance best practices.

    The role requires strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and enterprise Salesforce architecture.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing automation platforms.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
    • Design scalable data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
    • Architect and implement marketing automation solutions using Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
    • Align marketing and sales processes, including lead lifecycle, scoring, grading, campaign management, and handoffs.
    • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
    • Lead solution design involving Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations.
    • Establish and enforce Salesforce architecture, development, coding, security, and governance best practices.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
    • Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
    • Design and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
    • Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance optimization.
    • Support DevOps and CI/CD processes, including source/version control and release management.
    • Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, product enhancements, and marketing automation technologies.
    Required Skills & Experience
    • Strong experience designing enterprise-scale solutions on the Salesforce platform.
    • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
    • Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
    • Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
    • Experience designing Salesforce data models, security models, and integration architectures.
    • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL integrations.
    • Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
    • Ability to lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
    • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Consultant, or Salesforce Architect certifications.
    • Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist or Consultant certification.
    • Experience integrating Salesforce with billing and financial systems.
    • Experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware technologies.
    • Understanding of event-driven architecture.
    • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
